1. As all our accessories are hand-made, it may take 3-4 weeks before the items will be shipped to you. Hence, please place your order only if you are comfortable and is willing to wait. We will drop you an email once you have placed your order to inform you on the arrival date of your purchase.
2. We will not entertain any dead buyers. No payment = No orders. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Orders will be taken in accordance to time of payment
3. Orders are non-refundable once it is confirmed upon payment made, but be assured that we do have our own in-house quality control in place before sending it out.
4. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items if you have opted for normal postage (local). Hence, registered mails are strongly recommended for all local orders.
5. We will not be responsible for any items if they are damaged during the shipping process (local and overseas).
