· Normal or Registered Mail (for local orders)

2. Once your order has been processed, an invoice will be sent to you.

3. Please make payment of the stated amount in the invoice to the bank account stated in the invoice within 24 hours.

4. To facilitate our process, please drop us an email with the following information
· Name
· Invoice Number
· Name of Bank & Type of Account (current or savings)
· Bank Account Number
· Total Amount Paid
· Transaction Reference Number (if applicable)

5. For international customers, please make payment of the stated amount in the invoice via PayPal. After completing your PayPal payment process, please ensure that you return back to www.quaintlittlethings.com to complete your order. An email notification will be sent to you shortly on further payment, if required.

A: Yes, you can submit your order by email to sales@quaintlittlethings.com.

Q: What is your exchange policy like?
A: All orders made and paid for are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Q: How many pieces of each design do you make?
A: Our jewelleries are designed from scratch with all materials meticulously chosen to fit for the unique individuals. Because of that, we do not stock up a lot on similar designs, so you can rest assure that you will not see another person with the same jewellery as you at work or at parties.

Q: Why are your jewelleries more expensive than others?
A: At QuaintLittleThings, we pay special attention to details and observe proper care during our production process in all our jewelleries – from choosing the materials carefully to crafting the jewellery from scratch. Because of the amount of effort and time to create such unique jewelleries for you, we are able to able to design unique jewelleries at an affordable price.

Q: I like a design that I saw in a magazine. Can you help me to customise the design to my specifications?
A: Yes, we can. You can email us at enquiry@quaintlittlethings.com, together with the design and the specifications and we will try to cater to your request.

Q: How do I know if the jewellery I see online fits me?
A: All jewelleries you see online come with the exact measurements. If you wish to obtain more information regarding our jewelleries, please email us at enquiry@quaintlittlethings.com. We are more than happy to assist you to finding the right jewellery for you.

Terms & Conditions

1. As all our accessories are hand-made, it may take 3-4 weeks before the items will be shipped to you. Hence, please place your order only if you are comfortable and is willing to wait. We will drop you an email once you have placed your order to inform you on the arrival date of your purchase.

2. We will not entertain any dead buyers. No payment = No orders. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Orders will be taken in accordance to time of payment

3. Orders are non-refundable once it is confirmed upon payment made, but be assured that we do have our own in-house quality control in place before sending it out.

4. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items if you have opted for normal postage (local). Hence, registered mails are strongly recommended for all local orders.

5. We will not be responsible for any items if they are damaged during the shipping process (local and overseas).
